first wedding!

 we did it!
first wedding for fairest flowers farm was a success.
two wreaths for the doors of the church
containing single and double stock and clematis flowers, backed up with boxwood sprigs.
the pew decorations were clematis flowers, stock, yarrow, and baby's breath.

the alter flowers were delphiniums, baptisia, foxglove, peonies, roses, and clematis.

this arrangement was on the piano.
we transported it in this container and switched to a golden compote after this photo was taken.

the arrangement above was for the escort card table, and it contained sweet peas, clematis, and scabiosa.
flowers for the bride and groom's table below.  i had to tuck in a white bleeding heart.
there were 17 table arrangements, all different, but containing base flowers of peonies and roses.

my friend lorna and our kids were perfect helpers.

the bride promised more photos from her photographer, and i am eager to post them when they arrive because we didn't get any shots of the bridal party flowers.
