here is the back side.
yuukyu dahlia.  a graceful informal decorative form.

little pearls of developing pokeweed berries and yarrow.

finally i have the camera for a few days!  i share it with my son, and he's been away on trips with it.
so here we have a tiny bouquet of queen lime red zinnias, yarrow, cirrus dusty miller, japanese anemone pods,
some almost seed heads of ammi, and some scented geranium leaves.

korb's river bend

a new dahlia variety for me, and i love its creamy glow and informal form.
teamed up with some limelight hydrangea, buds of endless summer hydrangea, irish hope rosebuds,
sweet peas, berggarten sage, goldenrod buds, and a bindweed tendril.
